How it plays out on a deal
Deals need signatures at several points: the NDA at entry, consents and waivers along the way, and the closing set at the end. Native or integrated e-signature keeps those steps inside the same audit trail as everything else.
Some rooms build their own signing tool; others connect to a major e-signature service. Either can work. What matters is whether the signed copy lands back in the right folder automatically and whether signing appears in the room's activity record.
