Data Room Review publishes editorial reviews, scores, rankings, comparisons, guides and tools about virtual data room software. Everything here is meant to help you compare products in general terms. Nothing on the site counts as professional advice of any kind (legal, tax, financial, security or investment), and none of it is tailored to your situation. Accuracy and prices
We work to keep facts accurate and current, and we explain how on our review method page. Vendors update their products and plans often, so a detail can be out of date by the time you read it, and we make no promise that it is not. Dollar prices reflect each vendor’s own published figures when we last looked and are indicative. Check features, contract terms and the current price directly with the vendor before signing anything.
Scores and opinions
Scores, verdicts and rankings are the editorial opinion of the Data Room Review team, reached using our published method. They are not a guarantee of how a product will perform for you.
Calculators and the quiz
The cost calculators and the quiz produce estimates and suggestions based on the information you enter and on our data. They are a starting point for research, not a quote or a recommendation for your specific deal.

Intellectual property
The text, scores, infographics, design and code of this site belong to Data Room Review unless stated otherwise. Short quotations are fine as long as they credit us and link to the page they came from. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

Please do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it in a way that disrupts it, attempt to access areas that are not public, or send bulk or automated messages through the contact form.
