How it plays out on a deal
Flat pricing is the easiest model to budget. The bill does not move when a bank adds three analysts or the seller uploads another thousand pages. For deals that tend to grow, which is most of them, that predictability is worth a lot.
Read the limits that still apply. A flat plan may cap the number of rooms, storage or administrators, and features such as Q&A or redaction may sit on a higher tier. The fair comparison is the flat price for the plan that includes everything your deal needs.
What to check in a review or demo
- 1Which limits apply within the flat price: rooms, storage, administrators, outside users.
- 2Which features are included at the tier you would actually buy.
- 3Whether the price is published or only given after a call.
Flat monthly price: which reviewed providers use it
Based on the entry price each provider publishes, or the absence of one. Prices are in USD, indicative and checked monthly; confirm with the provider.
